Derek has over 15 years of experience marketing and selling real estate in SE Michigan, with a focus on the west and north suburbs of metro Detroit.  From 2012 thru 2016, Derek personally sold upwards of 80 homes each year, on his own.     Derek Bauer is a Michigan real estate broker at Real Estate One, Michigan's largest real estate company.  Derek has been named by RIS Media as one of America's, "Top 50 Realtors® on the Rise," has been a guest real estate technology lecturer at a Michigan university, and was named to, "America''s Premier Experts."  In 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Derek was named a, "Real Estate All-Star," for Southeast Michigan by Hour Magazine, dBusiness, and Detroit Home, along with being ranked on the RealTrends list of top agents in the state.   Derek has a Bachelor of Science degree from a Michigan university in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Business Law, and a minor in Communication.  Derek currently sits on the professional standards committee for his local board.   Derek co-authored, "The New Rise in Real Estate..." and also wrote, "How to Sell Your Home for TOP DOLLAR in Any Market, Anywhere!," both of which are available on Amazon.com.  If you'd like a copy or both or either, let us know and we'll send it!   Derek has been quoted by the Detroit Free Press on the Michigan real estate market and getting homes sold, along with being interviewed on a national radio program, and a regular host on local radio.   Derek's expertise is helping homeowners sell their home for the absolute highest possible price using a variety of proven techniques, along with representing some buyer clients.  Previously a technology and business process consultant for then the world's largest consulting firm, Derek has a foundation of tracking metrics, implementing technology, and using systems and processes to get the best results possible and net clients the most money.  Derek and his team look forward to earning your trust and business, and exceeding your expectations.
