ARE YOU A TECHNOLOGY DISCIPLE?  IF SO, YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE!  We will work together through a host of online collaboration efforts.  If you choose, all of the documents that pertain to your transaction will be online, and you can access them 24x7 with a username and password.  These can be burned to a CD for your records, which is both convenient and environmentally friendly.

  • Initial meeting to discuss exactly what you are looking for.  We will review the lending process, as this is the important place to start.  If you have not yet spoken to a loan officer or bank, don't worry!  We have helped many with this crucial first step, and can help you too
  • You will be presented with only those homes meeting your specifications and we will look at them when it is convenient for you.  As a full-time professionals who work nights and weekends, we aim to be as flexible as possible.  Furthermore, you will be presented with all necessary information about a property that is required to make a well-informed decision when the time comes.  We will review all paperwork so that you feel comfortable with and understand every aspect of purchasing a home
  • We will always be there, carefully listening, and will NEVER be pushy about you making a fast decision.  Any of our previous customers will attest to this, and we are proud that we act as your guide and educator, not a salesman.  We are a professional team, and you will continually notice that in all that we do
  • Once the home that is right for you is found, we will facilitate the offer process entirely, provide you with all necessary data and guidance to make an offer, draft all paperwork as described above, and negotiate on your behalf
  • We will be sure you understand the inspection importance and process, and guide you through that along with attending the inspection and we will negotiate on your behalf for those items identified as a result of the inspection
